CF Support System a Joke?

Ok. My main Account got Stolen a few weeks ago. I sent a Support ticket in asking for the information back...and I got it...The account ended up being stolen again that very same day. I'm not going to get into any detail because you can clearly see how it happened in the screen shots that I will provide. I then went on CF's IRC to ask for help...The first time I went on Mod Rex told me to send another support ticket explaining what happened and to ask to get my security answer and email changed. So I followed his advice, this is what transpired(please read the screenshots from bottom to top according to dates):

You can see at one point Support tells me that I traded/shared the account (which is a lie)...and then later threatens to have the account and any accounts associated with said account banned (I'm assuming that means the account I used to send the support Ticket)
So after a few days support finally asks me what I want the information changed to...I tell them and to my surprise...the support ticket gets closed...with nothing changed. Later I went on IRC again to ask what they thought happened and got this:

The only one who was really willing to help me was Giggletron...but his only advice to me was to send in another support ticket...
