Since the patch i cannot play CF. I can load all the way to the server select screen and then the game starts jumping with pixel glitches, turns to black screen and the only way i can see CF is if i ctrl/alt/del, but as soon as bring CF to the front again the screen turns black.

Im using Asus P5N-D mobo
intel core 2 duo @ 2.13/2.45 ghz
4 gb Corsair dominator 800 mhz ram PC 6400
Nvidia 9600 GT 1 GB Video Card
128 mb Ageia Physics accelerator

I already tried uninstall/reinstall a few times
I already tried updating video drivers
I already tried updating Windows
I already tried any mobo driver updates
I already tried reboots
I already tried defragging and purging old CF files before reinstalls
I already tried running Advance System Care and Malwarebytes
I already tried a registry defrag
I already tried a updated virus scan

Also i can run any other game at MAX video/sound settings and have no problems.
Last one i tried was Operation Flashpoint at max settings and it ran without any problems for 3 hours or more.

Any ideas?

Try updating Nvidia's drivers. I had a similar problem with crossfire but after I updated the Nvidia's driver and fooled around with the resolution the game ran perfectly. Hope it helps.

solved.... i ended up putting in my old video card and it runs fine. I put the one that was acting up back in and put it under a stress test and it failed horribly. Guess its time for a new video card. I just need to stay away from that 9500 GT and upgrade to the 9800 GT. I have heard nothing but bad things about the 9500 GT. And it burned up in less than 3 months.
