How to use XM1014 on SnD?

Hello there, sorry if this is the wrong location. But it seemed right to me.

Anywho, my Q.

I love shotguns on this game, and out of Spas and XM, I'm better with XM.
But it's generally hard to play with on SnD I find, so anyone have any tips or such on how to improve this?

Is having Deagle as secondary wrong?

I recommend usin shotgun at close range, and deagle when the enemy is at long range.

Pretty much, I wouldn't use a shotgun on SnD though....

yeah just stick with deagle at mid, and xm at close. But generally avoid long range unless ur real good with deagle

I'd say Anaconda over Deagle actually, better accuracy/recoil and more likely to be a 1 hit HS at long range.

Best way to use a shotgun in S&D is to camp/hide around corners. Then when you hear them rushing, strafe out and blast them away.

Just camp the sites if you are Global Risk. Should be easy for with a Shotgun.

As for BL, your best bet is to A) Rush with the deagle, plant, camp.

Camp Mid/Spawn.

Deagle is probably the best choice.

Use a pistol (deagle) from far-mid range.

Shotgun close ranged.

Or rush into tight places.

lol camp around doors or long walls, the xm's long barrel means you can easily spot it but when they come round blast em and they should be down in no time. use the deagle for any long range shots.

Anaconda over deagle might work, as it might not work at all. It's damage is SO cut on bigger distances that if he doesn't HS he's pretty much dead. Deagle's damage isn't cut that much, so Anaconda isn't the gun to use unless he can land a headshot 4 out of 5 times, or unless he aimbots.

I only use Anaconda because it makes me feel like a sharp shooter when I headshot someone ;o

I use shotgun every day in SND, im almost always ace

if u have deagle, use it for long range and the shotty for close range, but if u are GR it's easy, just camp a little

It works for me fine, but u have to practise

SnD camp with your shotty for a 1hit kill.
Also a deagle would help if you are rushing an open area cuz you might find an enemy far from you while shotguns are useless at that range a deagle/anaconda might help.
