It's a bug. I have had this bug for quite some time. It isn't permanent. But I wish it was lol.

And by the way, nice M4 custom. I still haven't gotten that weapon yet.

I get a steady 166 when I turn on my computer.
It goes down to <30 by the end of the day.

I'm getting it refunded from ASUS.
I'm on my PC now
