why in all maps of CF dont have background music?

No it will distract players and they cannot hear footsteps duh...

should be optional. turn off music for SnD, turn on for grinding egypt and replace the BGM with some rock..

CF China has dramatic music when the Breakthrough points are close to being met, but other than that the maps are all but silent.
