Quick Question

I have a question when it comes to buying z8 points via paypal. I currently have money in my paypal account but it's unverified and at the same time it still has a sending limit well I still receive z8 points or even buy them for that matter?Another question is that if I do buy the points seeing as it's the weekend and they aren't at work will it take longer for me to receive the points or does that just vary among people.
