ZP bought via PayPal but i don't get it?

Hi guys,

i really hope you can help me.
I bought yesterday 20.000 ZP via PayPal and i read that it can take 12 hours till i get my Credits on my Account.

Now the 12 hours are over but i didn't got my ZP

From PayPal i got a Email yesterday and they get it from my Bank allready.
Is that normal that it takes so much time till i get my ZP Points or is something wrong with this?

Please help me, Please...

Send them a message saying you didnt get your ZP here :

Try and include the unique transaction code from paypal.

Hi,

i send them a message and wait for theire answer.
but i didn't send them the paypal number...

I hope they gave me the ZP today... because we play at lan ;-)...

SO Z8... PLS GIVE ME MY 20.000 ZP

P.S. is there a german phone support ?

When buying ZP points with paypal, there will be a delay. Just be patient, I had to wait 2 days.

2 days thats a big long i get mine instantly when i buy through paypal just wait up to 2 days then for the payment process to complete and receive your zp plus it takes up to 3 days for support to reply
