IMO Saidin should get CM and Fallen be GM.

Community Manager...
Community as in us [NOT THE COMMUNITY OF THE EMPLOYEES]
He manages the day to day process of Z8Game's COMMUNITY.
He is basically a GM for M2 and CF.

I get it now.

CM - Runs both Metin 2 and Crossfire.

GM - Run's their specific game.
