Incorrect player ID or pasword...

Hey I have been having troubles on my main account with logging in... It says Incorrect player ID or password, I was wondering why this is and when I type my register email into that recover account place it says that it was not found on the database.

Does anyone know why this is?

this might sound somewhat ridiculouse but check caps lock when you type your password. i had the same problem and didn't relize caps lock was on. i will try to find you a more logical answer.

if you cant get your account to work you will need to send a support ticket in with the email addres registered to the account the security answer to your question etc etc a big help would be transaction ID's from zp purchases if you have made any

I figured it out, all these LTs and good members of my clan have been hacked and have had name changes and all the stuff and are all in the clan called Clueless...

Incorrect player ID or pasword...
