how about you can recieve the ammo from a dead player but u have to stop and "absorb" them like the mutants do?

How would getting ammunition off dead bodies defeat the purpose of armor?

if reviving is realistic... how would you help someone that just got their head shot clean off? are you going to sew back on a new one?

Good point. Different Guns use different munitions.

Someone using, say, an AK-47 (Which uses 7.62 Rounds) could pick up XM-8 Rounds (the same caliber), but definately not rounds from the M16 (using 5.56 Rounds). Not to mention Shotguns, Machine Guns, etc. Plus, even disregarding ammunition types, what if someone with an M60 or M60-Adv happens to be shot down with someone using the M4A1-Silver, then takes that ammo? 200 Rounds from the M60, or more for the Adv.?

And reviving? That'd firstly only be possible with someone who's taken leg/arm shots, maybe /a/ chest shot. A 7.62 Round to the skull isn't exactly going to be fixable.

Maybe a med that adds as much as, say, 10-25hp max. Enough to keep you going for 2 kills or something
