How well can my computer perform when I'm recording with Xfire?

OK so obviously when you use video capture software, many guys experience FPS problems, from little to a large amount. So I was wondering, how much would my computer lag if I was to record CF gameplay with xfire?

I have:

- Pentium 2.01GHz, 1 GB RAM
- AMD Athlon(tm) 64 processor 3200+
- Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT

Would this be good enough to record with xfire without experiencing noticeable/unbearable lag?
