drastic amount of sudden ping rise

hi
i have been playing on UK server since it was launched with 170-180 ping. but since yesterday my ping has risen upto 350 and never comes down. ISP and speed is the same. pls help me

Contact you ISP to see if they are having any problems such as maintenence or something.

Alot of people have been having these spikeing problems in all the servers, inclueding my self.
