prison, to say the least, if not wall ha.cking, is drag and shoot, the shooting started while in the air, is this ha.cking?

I'm not sure what you're saying, but different techniques used to get a lock on your enemy (flicks, drags, noscopes) are not forbidden unless its third party software.

As a general rule, if you change game files or use a third party program to do it, you can be banned for it. Otherwise you're fine.

Modifying kill marks and sounds is against the ToS, but it's benign and incredibly difficult to enforce, so it's basically ignored. BlindRob and I have both posted our own mods. However, Z8 is not responsible for any problems that arise from using or creating these modifications.
