What's a transaction number?

You don't have to buy ZP to get an account back.
You need to remember the information when you first create the account.
That is why the information is there. To prove account ownership.
If your friend was the original creator of the account then the registered email should be the same, and they can use the Lost Password and Security information recovery form in the login nav bar before you sign in to the site.
If your friend does not remember the registered email for the account then Z8Games takes no responsibility for the fact that your friend can't get the information on the account.
The frustration is the players problem. Not the companies. When you create an account you are given a set of information to remember. If you do not remember it we can not prove the account was yours to begin with.
In some cases players who have purchased ZP, or plan on purchasing ZP can use that transaction information as proof of ownership of the account. This is not always the case, but some times it works.
Again, the responsibility is on the player to remember the information on an account.
To add, if the account was not originally created by your friend than it could fall under a direct violation of the terms of use for Z8Games and Cross Fire.
Information should not be shared for an account with anyone. Period. The results could be a problem when it comes time to prove these kinds of disputes. -

He should contact support with that request directly. Make sure to explain he is the only one in the clan.

soo back to the beginning >< -
Unfortunately we can't be responsible for account security.
In order for us to delete a clan we need to prove that you were the owner. Even if you are the only person in the clan.
Unfortunately for this case there may be nothing we can do unless you can provide receipts or transaction histories or other information that proves ownership.
