Votekick system
The system always seems to work improperly.
I'd have no problem being kicked by newbies more often if this was impossible:
9 in favor and 6 against and the kick was denied? 3 to 2 is a majority, and a good majority. The majority of the people in the room wanted the person gone, and they stay because not enough people wanted them gone?
When people are legit hacking or gliching and a vote kick comes up, usually it is positive but never goes through because of some idle people not voting.
It either needs to be changed to a simple majority (51% or more agree, kick approved), or idle people need to not count in the voting process...
Limiting the vote initiate is not helping either. Many times people have begged my team to kick a glitcher, I step forward, it doesn't go through because of idle voters, and then I can't retry.
As for not wanting people to abuse the voting system, it happens anyway. Usually "dumb reason" vote kicks go through easier than legit vote-kicks, making the majority needed higher is not helping the game. It is hurting the game.
Change it somehow. Make it ranked, eliminate the idle-disagree, start putting GMs in every server and eliminate the vote system all together, make the server host an "admin" and give them in-game kicking power I don't care, but it needs to be changed somehow!

of course it goes to denied if it went to agree then that wouldn't be fair at all, noobs these days want to steal first place on there team so they vote out people and the people who dont vote making it go to denied to let the first place player/good player stay in the game without some noob trying to kick them.
but indeed the voting is floored especially when there is a hacker when it goes to 9-6 in a vote something does need to be done about that other than the unfair voting against hackers the voting system is fine as it is -

More than it going to disagree I'd rather idle voters not count at all.
It's always the same. A vote kick comes up and in the first 2 seconds it is 8-1 or something, then when it closes it adds 7 negatives and there you go, no kick.
What happens to the president if I never show up to vote? It doesn't count as a vote for the other candidate, it doesn't count as a vote for that candidate, it just doesn't count!
In the picture I posted, the person in question was being very ignorant and was making stupid comments. He was disrespecting everyone in the room, was trying his hardest to bypass the swear filter, was making remarks about our countries of origin, and overall was a disturbing individual. He was vote-kick attempted for swearing/insulting and it would have gone through if it was not for a few idlers.
And, of course, as soon as it didn't pass he was even worse until the round was over, when the host promptly kicked him.
It needs to be fixed! -

I don't know anything about block-chat.
I've been playing this game since Beta and this is the first I'm hearing of it. I've seen the block-chat thing in the lobby but was unaware of any such feature in game... -

ban his A$$ with some PMs to the right MOD or saidin9 in favor and 6 against and the kick was denied?
prob the room was 8v8, and i think it could be a bug, cause it happens to me too, but its gotta be 10 agreement or no kick at all. again, only for 7v8 or 8v8 kind of gamesI don't know anything about block-chat.

lots of times i blocked ppl ingame cause their BR (not to be racist just fact) and spammiin to join their clan or want me to give my info to recieve zp WHICH YOU SHOULDNT DO!!) -

lol it's always been there when your in game press escape its above options or votekick i think
