Negative ZP

Ok so a few hours ago i bought 20k ZP with my paypal account. The money was withdrawn, but i didnt get any ZP. Ive been waiting for a couple hours now and i decided to reclaim my money through paypal. Now my ZP is negative and i havent gotten any money back either. I did sent in a ticket containing the issue.
My account is now banned aswell, because my ZP credit is negative....

How can i get my 20k ZP and get rid of the negative ZP without paying more than the normal price of 17.50 or so dollars?

    1. support ticket takes up to 3 days for a reply

    2. if you get your money back/cancel the charge after purchasing the zp then your account gets locked until payment is complete for the zp you purchased and paypal can take up to or over 12 hours to complete the transaction

    so until you repay the money for the zp then your account will stay locked
