My research about the game Cross Fire.

I was all wondered about what is this huha about 'Z8Games and Suba Games, chinese game code is l33t@!@!' etc etc. So I just did a small research and this is what I understood.

About Cross Fire
Smilegate developed it and it uses LithTech Jupiter engine which is also used by the following games:

Rubies of Eventide by Cyber Warrior (now Mnemosyne) (2002)
Sniper: Path of Vengeance by Xicat Interactive, Inc. (2002)
Contract J.A.C.K. by Monolith Productions (2003)
Gods and Generals by Anivision (2003)
Mysterious Journey II: Chameleon by Detalion (2003)
Tron 2.0 (Lithtech Triton) by Monolith Productions (2003)
Mob Enforcer by Touchdown Entertainment (2004)
Sentinel: Descendants in Time by Detalion (2004)
World War II: Sniper - Call to Victory by Jarhead Games (2005)
Army Rangers: Mogadishu by Jarhead Games (2005)
Sudden Attack by GameHi (2005)
Face of Mankind by Duplex Systems (2006)

People say, Cross Fire registry is sh*t in NA version and best in other versions.
My question is: All the version uses the same engine, just the user interface is different. so hows any other versions any better?

I genuinely think all versions are same.

Smilegate from South Korea developed the game ofcourse and Neowiz published it in South Korea. Within an years time, I became a big hit and other international publishers became interested in it.

In 2008 Arario, a game publisher from Japan published the game in Japan, only for the Japan users and they block IP's from other countries.

VTC Game published the game in Vietnam known as Dot Kich.

Tencent published it in China, all in 2008.
Neowiz Games decided at the beginning of 2008 to establish a branch office in the United States. Located at the Silicon Valley, Neowiz US will service online games and web based games directly to the US market.
From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neowiz_Games

This gave G4Box a chance to bring CF into US and UK market.
Have a look at this;

G4Box then did a closed beta using the website www.crossfire-en.com

G4Box then published the game in partership with Wicked Interactive Ltd., and its portal www.subagames.com
New Partnership Provides Unified Login Access and a Unified Monetary System for Players of Wicked Interactive and G4BOX Games
More new at : http://www.g4box.com/news010209.asp

But in August 13, G4Box published it game through a different games portal which we use now, www.z8games.com
G4BOX INC. ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH Z8GAMES"
So they are no longer in partnership with Wicked Interactive and I think G4Box started their own games portal for their games which are metin2 and CF.

The only thing that confuses me is that both Subagames and G4Box's address is the same 885 Donmills Road. Any clues?

Later in 2009, GameClub from Philippines published the game in Philippines too.

If you think anything is wrong, please feel free to correct me.

Thanks
