Cant buy money

I went to buy some zp and when I clicked Buy it tells me i must be lvl 6 so I hit lvl 6 and tried again same thing. anyone have this issue or know whats up ( I was using the Credit/debit option).

For now, submit a support ticket. I will ask Saidin about this tomorrow morning and see if he knows why this is happening.

The level restrictions are checked against your profile in the clan pages. If the site has not yet synchronized with the ingame statistics, you must wait until it does. If you are still unable to make a purchase tonight let me know.

alright I tried again after 24 hours same problem. I added on to the ticket I sent yesterday.
