Ping compensation system

Well, i was playing CF when a great idea was born in my freak mind, how about a system that gives a delay of data stream to low pingers, creating as "fake" ping, to get more synchronized with the another computers with higher pings.
Example: a 100 ping player and a 150 ping player are playing happilly, but then the fake hits and lag shots start to get in their way to a good game, well, the system creates a small delay to equal the two players pings, giving about 30 or 35 ping to the 100 ping player, then no more lagshots, no more fake hits, no more "OMG WTH I HIT HIM TWICE WITH THE AWM AND HE DIDN'T DIE!!!!111!!!".
There is a similar system being used in one of the street fighter new games in the online mode, if you want to know more pm me and i'll be happy on giving a better explanation to you.
