Unable to gift someone something from the mall

I need to be able to gift a Ghostmode Booster package from the mall to one of my clan mates. How do I do this? Ive tried and tried but I cant find out how to gift him it.
Its not as straight forward as CA where you just press Gift.
Can someone please provide instructions on how to gift him something from the mall?

You cannot gift items, only ZP. To gift someone ZP, go to depost > Prepaid Card > Buy as gift.

What if I already have zp and I want to give it to them?
I have 4020zp in my bank and I want to give someone 2000zp.

When gifting, make sure you get their IGN correct, letter for letter.
