Blackscreens/ cannot play game

hey, when i join game and everything its normal, but once i play about 5 minutes. My screen freezes and then turns black. I just press alt + tab, then switch back and it works. But then after 2 more times of alt tab, it just freezes and goes pixellated and wierd, and its impossible to play. Is there any way to fix this please??
