Cant create account

hiho guys

i already have and account but, i wasted all my money with noob guns
so i want to create a new account and play better, so when i try to create an account, i do everyting correct, but when i accept the terms of use, and go to my email i DONT receive the verification.I NEVER receive the confirmation!!! i'm getting crazy.
what do i need to do?
