CLan MEMBER NOT ON LIST

i recruited one guy named Antigone and he is playing with us has our logo in the game and clan name,but on clan page it don't show him on clan list!!!so i cant see how many points he made or anything i cant kick him promote or nothing why is this happening can someone help please???

Maybe he quit or got kicked when he was playing crossfire and he didn't relog so it still showed him in your clan in-game.

i know i though that too but he played 2 days with us like that.so i dont think he never log out,lol.
