Gonna point this out. With PC you can do anything, from games, to chat, to searching. Who needs a system??
Don't forget modding the games
Bethesda released a GECK for the PC with which you can modify Fallout 3, add all your own stuff. They didn't release one for the consoles because it's illegal to modify console games

You are extremely technologically mentally challenged. You think a PS3 which is running off 4 year old computer hardware lights a candle up to the brute force of a new technologically advanced PC? You've been playing bad f2p's on a stock eMachines PC so you really don't know anything about computing power.

I agree with you, but the think with a PC that it could get all kinds of viruses, most of them can coast more then 200 dollars to fix and that is just for minor issues. Then i have seen ppl spend move then 3000$ just to boost the performance of there PC just to have something unseen happen to it and leaving it useless. with a 360, PS3, or Wii; you kind of stop some of these problems. When you look at a console is a lot cheaper than most PCs and you really don't have to worry about them getting viruses or things like that. Personally i use both a PC and the PS3, in a way a PS3 is similar to a PC and that is why i got it. I have done comparison studies with my PS3 vs my brothers 360 and even with the same game the PS3's graphics are a lot better. The most common reason most ppl have gotten their 360 was bc it has more games, but i rather pick quality over quantity -

Only if you don't know how to protect yourself. I've never had to spend a penny protecting my computer or had to system recover. -

wth?It's not like I'm saying i don't like PCs. I just feel that consoles are useless. If anything they are more convenient then most PCs. Ultamently a PC is always gonna be better, after all it takes a PC to make the games we play now.

lol true but i was just trying to defend consoles, from all the ppl they claim that you are better off with a PC. I am a huge sony fan so i will always pick the PS3, it has better performance then the 360 no offence to its fans
PS3's online network sucks, it's like one huge CrossFire, full of moaners and QQers. -

The same can be said about the 360 also, that is the down falls about online gaming. There will always be crazy ppl online, it is something you just learn to live with. -

PS3 is MUCH worse, trust me. It's cos it's free, people take it for granted. PS3 network is for casual gaming, LIVE is for moderate gamers, Windows Online Gaming is for hardcore gamers. Unfortunately, the later contains the most noobs. -
its not that, I mean there is nothing wrong with it being free; after all who really wants to pay a monthly free to play online on a game that you might have spent over 50$ on in the first place. ppl are always talking about they can't afford to waist money, but you are waisting money to pay for online gaming. i know it not all the expensive and you can pay a yearly fee; but that still defeats the purpose. Plus PlayStation network spends more time on making sure that the rules for their online games are being followed. one way they do this is by having beta test for there games, that way they can deal with major glitches before the game is released.
