    to recover an account you must send a support ticket

    you need to prove ownership of the account, IP address, Email address registered to the account, security answer, Transaction ID's 2 if possible and any other information you can think of that no one else would know.

    bare in mind before continuing to post of the forums about how support hasn't replied they do not work weekends and on a normal day it will take up to 3 days for a reply so you will have to wait till wednesday until you receive a reply from them
