Hey, just thought I'd say...
Stop having an inflated ego over a video game. If you want to seem like a professional and claim to be professional, time to start acting like it. Although I'm sure it happens, I bet you'd think less of your favorite athlete/musician/actor if he started talking down to "regular" people and his fans. You're not important because you're good at Crossfire. In fact, you're not important anyway. At the end, we all die, you won't be remembered, you're not special. And worst is, there's no respawning in life. Time to realize it. Enjoy the game and have fun.

What's your point? Almost everyone playing this game "competitively" thinks that they're flawless, and can't take the fact that they're not. The have self-esteem issues, so whenever they beat you, they need to trump themselves up in order to feel good.
Them respecting other people won't happen. -

If you ask me, this isn't really the ideal game to be playing competitively, what with all the DCs and hackers and whatnot.
Unreal Tournament, that's great for competitiveness
