Gamevance SWAT 2 game not rewarding

I've been trying to get the 1177 ZP for downloading and installing GameVance SWAT 2 in the BMG rewards page.

So far, I have downloaded and installed it several times. I have even gone in my Add/Remove programs and deleted all traces of it and redownloaded it to no effect.

It will not put out any points. The PlaySushi games all give ZP, but the GameVance one will not.

When the installer finishes, DO NOT close it out yet.

Wait for it to open up a new website/tab/window.

That's the page with the reward.

It has been proven, however, that PlaySushi is much more efficeint than GameVance.

I have the opposite effect, I can almost always get gamevance to work, but not playsushi. Any help?
