of course, I contacted with support wait three days and nothing;

or maybe this is the Z8 policy ? buy ZP and we ban you for no reason and words of explanation;
now someone will feel the responsibility ?
someone give me the money for items which are lost in connection with someone else's mistake (and the remaining money not used) ?
can anyone tell me what legal steps can be used to recover money because i don`t just leave this?

    if youve recently bought ZP, your transaction may not have gone through properly

    contact Z8 and provide proof of payment (you should have received a receipt from where you bought it from, be it an email or a text message)

    Maybe you were using "Special Programs"?
    Buying ZP doesn't make your account immune to bans.

    wants to show what a person finances - Z8Games workers - who can not distinguish between people who use hacks and professional players style;
    I want my money back because I don`t broke the rules - jealous people report the better players and game masters don`t even know how to prove someone's guilt - is the report must be guilty;

    I seriously doubt a no name with bad grammar is so good he looks like a hacker.

    There are some VIP hacks for that kind way of hacking but they are weary rare. That still don't mean that they don't exist so it's possible that you are using some "hacks".
    Other way, if you rely pay you nead to contact with Z8 admin as fast as you can. They are checking mails every day and you have about 1 week time to report that kind of problem so they can check paying money from your IP.

    And btw ... they don't ban without reason like peoples before me said that. And why should they ban someone who realy pay money ? They will try keep you in game so you will pay more. They will possible said that that's not true but I think peoples already know that :)
