On my alt, I tried to change my email and I never got the confirmation link.
I've checked my junk mail/spam, and everything and it's not there.
I also put in a support ticket with no answer for 3 days.

Is there a way to fix this?

The confirmation link should be going to the old email, not the new one. If it didn't show up in the old one, attempt to change it again. If no success, submitting another support ticket will never hurt.
