Competitive Ventrilo Gatherings

Ok, so I have been sulking a while now. This is a part rant/poll/suggestion

I've always hated the PUGG vent. (no offense, but really). Why? Its too complicated, people don't get picked, stacked teams, boring games, annoying kids, randoms galore, people who don't take it seriously, needing an admin to start a game. Once the game is started, it is usually either boring or not competitive, like its supposed to be. The only real reason why I and most other people still go here is because it is a place where most people publicly meet up.

My solution: My old clan's vent (also mine) has been quite empty considering that they aren't as active. (35 slots). My proposal is that I open my vent to the public, but you would have to xfire me or an admin for the password. This will SIGNIFICANTLY reduce randoms and bads.

Here is the overview of what I propose


~ In addition to hosting Draft games (regular PUGs) I want to introduce something more fast and efficient, what I call a 'Competitive Game or (CG). A Competitive game will be a 10 man passworded room where there is an open vent channel or 2 vent channels for them to play on. The goal of this is to have quick competitive game without waiting. There will be no drafting, and you can pop right into any room as you please. The room info will be in the comment of the vent channel.

~All channels will be open! There will be no 'moving or password processes' which is extraneous and unnecessary. Also I won't be handing out FAGmin rights, they are unnecessary and obnoxious. There will still be regular PUG games, but this time with less complications and annoyances. I will provide a list randomizer in order to speed up the drafting progress. In order to reduce spam there will be a cap on the number of people in a PUG game channel (6).

~Rules no spamming with noise or vent spamming will be tolerated. Auto ban.
No bull**** to an extent where it gets out of hand. Try to keep the games controlled.

Game Rules:

7-9 rounds (your choice) 1st person, SND (map that the majority agrees on), passworded, 10 slotted (you may add spectators option if you choose). Teams will switch sides at half.

*CGs can be FFAs//SNDs depending on the host's desire.

BASIC GOLDEN RULES: All you have to remember is: No::::::: SL, SPOP, ARMOR, Gaynades, M12, Thompson

No Glitching (will be warned and action might be taken)
If suspected of hacking (send replay to an admin and we will review)
