Black Market, A rip off or bugged? >>>>>>>|READ|<<<<<<<

First of all let me put up these pictures:

The problem is i never got anything. I applied a support ticket thing:



They treat the situation as if it is a lie, but im dead serious and ive got the proof for it.

So what they are trying to say is, there's no problem with out blackmarket. Yet i have the proof that there is something REALLY REALLY wrong the blackmarket. Ive spend GP on crates from wich i never got anything. Wich is really really discomforting me, because i see alot of people winning stuff wich i cant win because of the error that i get alot of times.

it happens alot of times and at first i thought like maybe this is how the blackmarket works like you win nothing. But no i see others winning something everytime. I mean you always get 3 prizes whether its a weapon or a coupon, you get 3 things. But me no all i get is this:



So all im asking for is a repay and a fix for this, i dont know if my account is bugged or the blackmarket is bugged. So please, a mod or someone with common sence overlook the situation and dont treat me like **** as the people from the support area did.
