Which one records better, which one has more quality and easy on your fps?

I record mainly on Fraps. It's pretty good and it doesn't lag you.

Heres my statistic:

Half-size = xfire 40fps fraps 60-100fps
Full-size = xfire 40fps fraps 50fps

so.. half-size, fraps has better quality and i dont lag, with xfire i do lag
and full-size, xfire has better quality, and i lag with both...

fraps if you want the best quality potentiol, x-fire for free, decent footage

i heard fraps takes up a lot of room

xfire doesnt work for me for some weird reason i cant figure it out
