Disappearing coupons

So.. I've gotten a number of coupons from the XM8 GP crate. After it says I have them though, I don't see them in my inventory.

Speaking of which, if one were to actually save, how would I go about spending it? All I see are GP, ZP BP and Z8 for purchase options.
