quiot a few issues need help

ok ever since the new patch iv noticed a bunch of problems with the game. they are as follows:

1.)i keep freezing my sound s**** for like a minute then i can play again this happens like twice a day (may be my system)

2.)my shots are not registering nearly as much as they used to

3.)i keep getting dced from both rooms and the game itsself especialy on delta

4.)im getting stuck on maps more then ever

5.)(this happend befor patch) my fps will bottom out to like 15 fps from an initial about 80+ fps and then i die normaly as a result. and somtimes they stay low until the next round

plz all help is greatly welcomed in mean time im gonna start maintnencing my system checking for viruses, defragment and check for registry problems
