I was volunteering and my hospital for a week. One guy came in with poison ingested through his anus, a suicide attempt. We had to stick our hand up his rump and clean his colon.

Another one, I saw a guy commit suicide with a razor wire. Decapitated himself.

Tennessee is crazy.
