I can help you but you have to help me help you. Please post screen shots. And also be patient. If it says it has been rewarded, and it has been over 24 hours what you need to do, is send in a support ticket. There is not much you can do. -
I am not sure if this is certain but it is right as far as my knowledge goes:
Click on "View Offer Status" and it should list all the ones you viewed/attempted. If you didn't get your ZP, there should be some sort of option next to it that you can click that runs along the lines of "Missing these ZP?". If there isn't anything like that, all you can do is send in a support ticket. http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx
