I know this would take years and years and cost lots of money but wouldent it be cool if you could like shoot someone in the head, and hey just drop on the floor more realistic? and u could like shoot the body around lol

no it wouldn't, an Indie company with no budget gave Mount & Blade ragdoll (very well done ragdoll) in a matter of a month as well as MANY new upgrades to their game.

It is just Z8 and CF's programming staff have less talent at programming then an average modder for Morrowind
