Clanleader is ok with glitching on pubs?

states that their members can glitch all they want, they will not be banned.

this guy, -icerain- glitched his f*in soul out on snd mexico , shooting me across the map....
after checking the clans site on here i found the following

german: 3. Glitchen .. macht ruhig falls ihr es könnt, ihr werdet deswegen 100%ig nicht gebannt.

translation: 3. Gltiching...just go ahead if you know how to, you will def not get banned for it.

i mean wtf? what u guys think? got the demo by the way
