Well i disagree with Lobster seeing as you have 8gb of ram vistas extra load wont be affecting your computer in any bad way.
To be fair your graphics card is fairly weak, its a Rebranded 9500gt which is fairly old tech. To be honest for Crossfire thats more then enough and 40-70fps in an 8v8 is hardly bad.
If you play more graphics intensive games then deffinately your graphics card is the weakest thing about your computer so upgrade that. -

Yeah, but vista increases his resources according to the RAM size. -

Wanna hear my specs with XP?
4g ram
2.8ghz quad core
windows xp 32bit.
512mb ati raedon hd
glowy lights!
I pull 80+ on td 8v8 on highest settings.
You should be pulling 120+ with that. You need windows xp bud. Nuff said. Make sure to get 64 bit windows xp though or all of your ram will not be usable. -

how do i change the setings of my card??? -
U don't need much FPS to be good at Crossfire. I got 30 fps in a 8vs8 and 50 in a 5vs5.
My specs are:
2Gb DDR RAM
AMD Athlon 2800+ @ 2.2 Ghz
Ati Radeon 9600 Pro 256mb RAM
Windows Xp
Also, i tried playing on Windows 7 with that and i get 10 fps all the time. So i propose to dual-boot (Xp and 7 or vista) and play on Xp 64 bit.
