Website such as

www.tinypic.com
or
www.imageshack.com

or just a site you can have an account on to keep track, but site like tinypic, u just upload and they give you the links and image tag codes

If your forum posting is set to advanced, just get the link from imageshack and click the image button and paste your link. Eliminates the need for BBCodes.
