Lost My Pw .

Hello , I dunno if im posting this in the right topic but i lost my password. My User Name Is Krystianb100 . this is what happened . I Went onto the Crossfire website i was on it for about 20 minutes , then i changed my password because it was too simple after that i logged out, and tried to log in back to see if the change worked , And when i put my new password in it didnt let me sign it i tried my old one and it didnt let me i was trying for about 10 min. then i clicked on Lost Pw but my original email is on my other account and i dont know what email i put for this . Can anyone Help me ? Thanks

proof as in any screenshots, video, or anything that shows REAL EVIDENCE you own the account.

support ticket from the help section and proof that its ur email etc and the login name.

they could check your IP address (amirite) and double up your forum name with your main account's name

Right.

To recover your password, you submit a support ticket.
You need to include ALL the information regarding your account.
Email addresses, in-game names, security question and answer, everything.

You submit the reports at http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx.
You read the replies at http://support.z8games.com/support_contacthistory.aspx

Just click the message you sent and an answer will show up, if it has been replied to.
It should say "REPLIED" under "STATUS" if it has been answered.

Make sure to keep your password safe but available at all times, to avoid this kind of issues.
