Didn't really know where to ask this..

But if you get vote kicked, what do you lose? I think I know it adds +1 to desertion which sucks. But do you get +1 loss or gold or exp loss? I believe it only adds +1 to desertion which is okay I suppose. But still kind of annoying, as I get called "hacker" a lot.
