Pretty heavy.
Watch a soldier in real combat, when someone is trying to pop caps in your ass you are trained to be able to run with that weight so they can't.
100LBs of equipment (That is including backpack, etc) you are trained to carry like a second skin, and it is evenly dispersed around your body to make it easier on you. THEN you are TRAINED to move with this stuff, you are not just suddenly plopped into it AFTER training and gasping for breath. I swear, kids these days, their idea of reality is ruined by hollywood and assumptions of "All people have the same capacity as me"
And while I am at it, medieval knights could do acrobatics and run nearly full speed in armor, and were almost completely maneuverable in their armor as well. AND they could swim in it. Also arrows could not penetrate plate armor most of the time.
2 common mythos debunked in one post.

I hope for you that it was the sarcasm part, but did you know that a 1 hand knight
sword was around 50 lbs? So again in Hollywood they make the actor swing
their swords like if they were made in feather...
The reality (about knights) is that their full-plate armor is HEAVY, and almost
only used for the knight and horse pike duels. Plus arena fights. -
Seriously?
A run mode? do you know how inconvenient this would be? you people already complain about laggers already. Ok, look at it like this a br lagger runs by you light him up he tanks it and "RUNS" then you go and chase him so he runs back to his boys whos screwed him or you? -

Running...just...no.
I don't care how trained someone is, carrying 100 Lbs. of equipment and a 20-Lb. M60 is gonna weigh you down. Few people have the human stamina to run with 120 Lbs. on for more than a few seconds.
Also...Medieval knights usually wore Chainmail in battle. Full Plate was used for horse duels, arena fights, etc., and Field Plate was generally reserved for the Commanders on the field. Half Plate was the same. Chainmail is breathable, lightweight, and relatively flexible, compared to chainmail.
