I Love video making but only done real life ones so far, im a real good editor (i use sony vegas pro 8.0)
So yeah, i wanna give a cossfire video a try, so i would like to know from you professional gamer video makers:
-You ping/Status
-Recording software
-Editing software
-Do you record when you play or save replay and record from that? (why?)
-How long did it take you?
-And is it worth it seeing the end product

Ingame, the crossfire replay system is kinda bad
1 min clips, 1-2 days, about 5min videos like 1-3 weeks (im very lazy)
Always fun and exciting to see your own videos
You shoot somebody with your 200 ping and shot doesn't register then when you record it and upload it to the public viewers, people will be like
"WOW that game is horrible" -

yup and it looks cr@p in slow motion because your already starting to reload then the kill star comes up lol.
thats why i'm interested in ping just to see what video makers have.

Editing Software: Sony Vegas Pro 8.0b / Adobe After Effects CS4
I record in-game for pubs, and I save replays from scrims.
For my last "real" project it took about 50 hours (longer if you include the rendering issues I had)
