Didn't get my GP!

Hey there,
i just did some of the Free ZP Surveys, and I bought a 40k GP + Hazard Namecard 7Days pack for the ZP, but i didnt get my GP yet. I already wrote a Support-Ticket but i got no answer. I want my GP please, the Namecard isnt that important for me!!

The GP should be added onto your account instantly. However you did the right thing by sending in a support ticket, your best bet is to wait for them to read it and reply.
