I dont know if its the right place to put this but anyone have this gfx card? If so what are the average fps that you get? Knowing what CPU and whatnot would help me too.

I have 2x 4870's and I get 100-200 FPS, I would imagine about the 150 FPS as CF cant utilize dual card configuration of mine and a single card of mine is weaker than your 5870.
Also I have a AMD 955 Black Edition Processor at 3.2 GHz,
I have a 3.8 Ghz saved OC setting which would boost the FPS by approx. 20-50.

sounds good, I'm getting the same CPU and OCing it to around 3.6 Ghz, so it should perform good. I'm getting tired of my 20-30 fps.

I am also planning(in about 1-2 months or so) to get the 5970 and sell these two cards.

wouldnt there be a bottleneck because of the CPU?

No there won't. An amd 955 is a quad core. The only time you will have a bottleneck is if you have anything worse than a dual-core, Ex. Pentium 4, 3, Etc.

Well, CPU at 3.8 GHz, currently the 2nd most high end cpu from AMD, which owns ATI...

I will, I guess, a little bit.

For CF, oh yeahhhhh, its CPU dependant.

you have to remember that the 5970 is an extremely strong gfx card

remember that an amd 955 is also top-notch. you think a 3.8Ghz quad core will bottleneck anything? get your facts straight.

hmm mines suposed to be the most recently powerful card its a nivida 9530 Ge force and it fails at 30 fps from 150 im changing it... any sugestions peopleS?

uhhh, now a days, Nvidia 9500 series could classed as a bottom range mate unfortunately
