Superrewards Customer Service..

So, you have just successfully made to the final-steps/results page of a survey. Congratulations. You are smart, so you take a screen shot. Props to you. Now, 15-30 minutes later you check your offer status. It says that you simply "viewed" the offer and will not receive your ZP.

You click on the customer service link.. You check your email in a separate window, but no confirmation email..

So what do you do, so that you will receive your ZP?

All it ever says to me is that I have not supplied the correct information..
