Connection has been Delayed

Everygame I try to join a game, I get this, I have not been getting replys back in the technical support forum.
Anybody got a fix? If not I'm probably just going straight to Support.

get better internet connection? you should try sending a ticket if ur that srs

I have a good internet connection, 40 ping.Its not the internet. Im sure.

its the stupid game... ive had it for a month now and they wont fix the problem. its not internet, its not ur computer its the game
