Because of the increased amount of stolen accounts we would like to ask you to fix the option of password retrieving. Accounts are being stolen mostly form high ranked clans from Poland and other countries. We have to stop hackers from stealing our accounts. The only way to get our passwords back is sending the e-mail to z8 games but unfortunately password retrieving option doesnt work properly and we are unable to get our accounts back.
We only hope that you will fix it as soon as possible.

i wish they added an option to get back ure pass/id by sending ure secret question answer
because they dont let u use the same email and what bout ppl like me who have alot of accounts

i find it halirious because if you have read some of the account issues on this forum you would see that more than half of them apparently know who hacked there account meaning they gave away there account its not like some idiot who hacked there account is gonna log in and say it to you because you could just print screen then provide some data to prove your the owner and get the person who said they stole it banned.

plus put capital letters and numbers in your password this makes it really secure
