Sub Base B site bomb glitch?

You know when you are BL, and you go to B site, and you see 2 lights on top of B site.
I planted the bomb on the first light, then on the second light in the next round.
Is this a glitch?, the bomb was plant able and defuse able. Because you need to have good jumping skills to defuse it or you lose.

So is this a glitch?, some people on GR couldn't jump there and defuse it and they kicked me...

So please tell me if this is a glitch or not.

It's not a glitch if they can see it, and defuse it.
If they can't jump properly, it's not your fault.

They can't see it when they are on the ground, but if they go up the stairs then they can see it. So is it a glitch?

u can defuse a bomb on the lights by standing on the missiles u dont need to get up to it
